This restaurant holds a lot of memories for me. I've been eating here for about 8 years and each time, the service and food averages a 4 star rating. I really enjoy the environment and food at this place. Sometimes the manager gets a little "dial-happy" with the music, but for the most part - any poor Chili's experience can be rounded out with the Molten Lava Cake. We visit this restaurant as a part of the regular repertoire. The wife loves the chips and salsa (to the point that she will spoil her appetite) and I love many of their entree selections. I would definitely take my Parents, my boss, my wife or my best friend to this place.

I've been coming here 4-5 times a month fr the past 5 years; I figured a review is in order. Whoever owns this location cares very much about the impression that customers have of their business. I recognize much of the waitstaff as having been here for a long time, and they're always professional and fast. They also seem highly capable of handling large crowds. We had a party of 15, for my daughter's baptism recently, and we did not have to wait any longer than we normally would. I always order the salmon, and it is always absolutely perfect. On the rare occasion that a mistake is made, it has always been corrected very quickly and cheerfully. The kids like to play on the Ziosk, which is a nice distraction for them, and I don't know of any other restaurants in the area that use this. This feature alone keeps us coming back... The kids beg to go here anytime we have a family vote.

This is a late entry review. LAST Sunday we had lunch with 6 people. Servers were quick with drinks and chips/salsa. Meals came in a timely manner. Salads were cold , fresh and colorful. Soups on the other hand were only lukewarm. Server reheated for all. I complained on the large amount of tortilla chips in mine and they gave me a dish to go. More soup and less garnish would have to my liking. Still I will be back.

Got the Cajun chicken pasta and the chips and salsa. Both were great! I love the chips and salsa more than anything else!

I have purposefully avoided eating at Chilis in the past few years because I felt that their food and service had been going down hill. Last night I tried it once again after hearing they had a new menu and changed some other things regarding service. I was not at all impressed with the new menu. We started out with the fried pickles which were pretty good and could have used a touch more salt. The food arrived quickly but I was not at all impressed. The burger was overlooked and had been sitting a while because the but was soggy. The fries tasted freezer burned and had little seasoning. Desert was good but the service was seriously lacking. I am confident I can now avoid Chilis again for another five or six years.

I just want to start by saying that this place really cares about you. They have implemented a system (table monitor) that takes care of the entertainment, giving you the bill, and you can even see what rewards you qualify for (usually a free dessert or appetizer) The waiters/waitresses are very dedicated. And my favorite thing: their healthy menu that is also delicious...I love this place, for comfort, for chillaxing and for enjoying. Good job guys!

You know what you're going to get with a chain restaurant, so don't expect any surprises. One thing I appreciate about this Chilis is the mild decor; the walls aren't plastered with a bunch of noisy nonsense, but instead has rather conservative photos. The place is classier than most chains, at least this location is. The reason I bumped the rating up from what was mostly a three star experience was our waitress. She was very energetic and friendly, had an immense amount of patience, and kept my cup full at all times - no mean feat when you know how much I drink. The food was fine, but this time it was especially cheap. Happy hour is always on Sunday, offering amazing prices on their food. A full order of buffalo wings and southwestern eggrolls for less than $10 is okay in my book. Worth the stop if you are in the mood for a chain - this is one of the better ones in the area.

Hadn't been to a Chili's in eons it seemed... Date suggested it, and me not wanting to come off pretentious, went with it. Gotta say....not bad... besides our miserable snot of a server (p.s. he was too cool for us...brother. ..smh) we had a rather enjoyable dinner. We went with the $30 deal, wich gives you an appetizer to split, two entrees, a dessert to split and two margeritas! It was the perfect amount. I had the Tlapia...the broccoli that came with it was a taf undercooked, but that didn't bother me. We split the skillet chocolate chip cookie....mmmmmm...very nice.. Chili's always brings back so many memories of the 90's! Old stomping grounds! Wish they'd bring back the Tuna steak sandwich. That was theee BOMB!

I know that coming to Chilis not to expect 5 star The past few times we have come here, the food has not been the best and service was fair. But, since it is close to home and has a variety of things we gave it one more try. Long wait for food, but hey it was ok as they were busy. My husband's rice was cold as were his ribs. We were told it was probably because they were on the shelf where the heat lamps weren't working. I don't think so...they were cold as in...has not been near heat for over an hour. To make up for a lousy dinner we thought we would treat ourselves to dessert. Ordered the molten chocolate cake. It has 2 pieces of plastic in it!! The excuse "Oh that came from the packaging". We did not want to eat any more of it, so they took it off the bill. Server never offered us refills on our beverages. Needless to say, after over 25 years of dining here on and off, I will NEVER be returning.

It was a great experience, awesome service and reasonably good food. Me n my wife were in a hurry to get to a movie. The waitress was very efficient in bringing our food to our table very quick. I had sirloin 10z which was fairly good I would say.

I really enjoy the Chili's Black Bean Burger. My new favorite thing is to get the Big Mouth Bites Burger with a bean patty and no bacon. Super filling and really good. Also if you check in on foursquare you get free chips and salsa.

Went for lunch today. As far as chain restaurants go, this location is descent. I usually get a salad and I'm always happy with it. I do feel the kids meals are expensive for what you get. Will definitely be back.

It's conveniently located near 14 mile mall and the expressway. A good place to go when shopping and need food that is not too expensive, taste good but not really healthy, and a nice beer. Their beer always seem cold here which is a plus. They have plenty of tables, spacious and is wheelchair accessible. Sometimes the wait gets crazy during the peak hours.

OK, so last time I was here I had a terrible experience. Wrote them a letter and they sent me $20 in Chili's money. Finally went back today for lunch. Not crowded, plenty of servers around, in fact my waitress told me she had a helper today. Was seated promptly and got my drink quickly. Ordered the Marguerita Flatbread and soup as recommended to me by my waitress. My flatbread was unceremoniously dumped on my table by someone. I ate it. Fair. Tasted like they poured queso dip over some flatbread and sprinkled with cilantro and tomatoes. Eventually my waitress brought my soup. Says she was busy with a takeout. Ok, no big deal, I guess. Then she dropped my bill off. Didn't ask if I wanted dessert or anything, but ok. After I finished my soup, I looked at my bill. She charged me for 2 lunches. I was alone. No one to be found, and by this time I was a little frustrated and just wanted to get out of there. I craned my neck around and drummed on the ledge next to me. A manager came by and asked if I needed something. I told him my bill was wrong and I'd like it fixed so I could pay and leave. He did and I did. Never saw my waitress again. Thank goodness I was using my Chili's money and a couple more for tip or I might still be sitting there. I still have $10 in Chili's money. Will have to be desperate or at a different Chili's before I use this.

Chili's is to restaurants what Spiderman 3 is to movies. Unnecessary and over done. I was in the mood to eat unhealthy and not travel far (therefore even less healthy) so I decided on this place over Olive Garden and Red Lobster for some dumb reason. The place is quite spacious with stupid crap on the walls, you know the drill. Drinks were cheap and they had free refills of the strawberry lemonade, always a plus. I ordered a specialty burger which included bacon and BBQ sauce. I found it to be bland and uninteresting (like the storyline for The Sandman in Spiderman 3). Honestly, after a few bites, I started to feel sick. All night I was worried I had either been stung by a radioactive spider, or food poisoning. I turned out to be okay on both fronts, but the fear is not what I look for in a dining experience. The shining light in my experience (the Peter Parker dance scene, if you will) was the service. Our waitress was always ready with a refill or to ask for help. I never felt like I had to flag her down and she was very nice. All in all, this place is quite forgettable and can be outdone by other chain restaurants like TGIFridays, Applebees and Iron Man. I didn't get a chance to try the pie, but I'm assuming that it would be SO GOOD.

Convenience in a snow storm drove us to Chili's. It's a chain. Food is what to be expected - unhealthy but tastes pretty OK. Hubs liked his jalapeno/bacon/cheese burger extravaganza. Service was quick in the bar area (where there were no screaming children:)

I remember going to Chili's about 6 months ago and the Steaks were thick and juicy. I went last Friday, and was very disappointed. The Steak was only about 1/2 an inch thick. I ordered it medium rare, and it cam to me close to well done. Chili's needs to get back to their thick cut steaks. Even if there smaller being thick cut, maybe they could get cooked the way the customer wants it.

I have always enjoyed the $2.00 margarita drink special from here and I think this is a good place to meet friends. The food I was never a big fan of after I tried the Margarita Chicken and was disappointed...especially since I paid close to $11.00 for it! I hardly tasted any margarita marinade and it tasted more like plain char broiled chicken with rice and beans underneath it. Anyhow I was here the other night and I decided to give their menu another shot. I skimmed through the 10 meals under $7.00 choices. I guess this is a new advertisement on the menu and the meals from this list are perfectly portioned. However, I decided on the regular portion of the Chicken Club Tacos which was about $7.99. I liked it alot...very tasty! The meal consisted of two soft tacos filled with mesquite-grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mixed cheeses and chile ranch dressing. You also get a side of rice and black beans. The rice was a little overcooked but other than everything else was great. I'm glad to have found something on the menu that I like. The service is pretty good here too and they are open until midnight...another plus!

I usually hate the chain joints, but honestly, this one is great. I have been there twice in the last month and the food is fresh, burgers are great, portions are big and the price is right. I mean, I can actually get avacodo's on my burger! Beer selection is shy but the drinks are good. The staff is always fun and seem happy to be working there which makes me feel better about eating there! The booth's seat six comfortably even when you get the fajitas with the seven plates you get. As far as chains go, this one is pretty good!
